The committee organizes a number of professional development and administrativetraining programs for teaching and non-teaching staff all-round the year. Performance Appraisal System for teaching and non-teaching staff is also an important task that falls within the orbit of the self-appraisal and service book subcommittee.
Objective:
To ensure the submission of self-appraisal report of the teaching and non-teaching members.
To scrutinise and analyse the self-appraisal report of the teaching and non-teaching members.
To maintain data regarding the number of teachers undergoing online/face-to-face Faculty development Programmes (FDP) during the year.
To supervise CAS of teaching and non-teaching members.
To maintain service book of teaching and non-teaching members.
To organise regular meetings (beyond class hours) to deliberate and decide on aforementioned issues.
To maintain a minute book.
To organise seminars, workshops and activities.
To maintain a website and upload minutes, notifications and geotagged photos of seminars, workshops and activities.
