Upholding principles of gender equality, the institution ensures the prevention of any form of gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and gender violence.
In pursuance with UGC (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2015 read with Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been constituted.
Objective:
To prevent and address incidents of sexual harassment within the college.
To create an environment where individuals feel safe to report incidents of sexual harassment without fear of victimization.
To ensure compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013.
To promote gender equality, dignity, and respect for all members of the college community.
To provide support and assistance to victims of sexual harassment.
